Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

By accessing this website, creating a master account, or connecting to our Lineage 2 private server, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Voluntary Donations / Tips

All payments made to our project are strictly voluntary donations (“Tips”) aimed at supporting the server infrastructure, hosting, and ongoing maintenance. These donations are not purchases of digital goods or physical products.

3. Virtual Rewards

As a token of appreciation for your voluntary support, the administration may award you with virtual in-game currency (“Coins” or “Tokens”). These items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, and remain the intellectual property of the server.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy

All donations and tips are FINAL and strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. By making a donation, you explicitly acknowledge that you are the rightful owner of the funds used and that you waive any right to claim a refund, chargeback, or dispute through your bank or payment processor.

5. Service Availability

The server is provided on an “as-is” basis. The administration is not responsible for any accidental loss of in-game items, data corruption, or temporary server downtime.

6. Your Account

One website account per person. In-game: no dualboxing — one client per player.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Staff will never ask for your password.
Account sharing and account selling are forbidden and may lead to permanent bans without refund.
You must provide a working email address to recover your account.

7. Fair Play

Bots, automation tools, exploits, dupes and client modifications that grant advantage are strictly forbidden.
Abusing bugs instead of reporting them is a bannable offence. Report bugs via Discord or the support system.
Real-money trading (RMT) of items, adena or characters is forbidden.
Harassment, hate speech and scamming other players will be punished at staff discretion.

8. Coins & Payments

Coins unlock cosmetics and convenience only — never pay-to-win.
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; we never see or store your card details.
Coins are added to your website balance once the payment provider confirms the payment. If something went wrong — for example your coins did not arrive — contact support first and we will look into it.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.

9. Server Lifetime

We commit to a no-wipe policy: characters and progress are not reset. While we intend to run the server long-term, we cannot guarantee unlimited availability of a free service. Donations support server costs and grant no ownership rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings or by contacting support.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; significant changes will be announced on the website and Discord. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
